The more comprehensively we contemplate all three phases of a crisis, ensure those who need to be at the planning table are there, and that we understand the hazards we might face before the crisis, the more effectively we can mitigate the effects of those potential crises, and the better the response and recovery phases will go.  This session will demonstrate how to operationalize crisis plans using the Before, During, and After concept, the Standard Response Protocol (SRP), the Individual Safety Plan (ISP), DCJS’ Critical Incident Response Curriculum, and the Standard Reunification Method (SRM).
